Originally established as Village Square Dental, the practice was renamed in 2004 and relocated to its current location at 229 1st Street SW. The office is part of a multidisciplinary healthcare building. The medical, pharmacy, chiropractic, maternity, and podiatry services offered there are provided by independent practitioners and are not services of Apple Wellness Dental.
